“My name is Chinzom, 74 year old and my husband Namgyal yungdrung is 84 years old. we are living in the Tibetan settlement Dholanji which is located at the distance of 65 km from Shimla (India). we came to India by leaving our mother land Tibet in the year 1960. I am is suffering from Rheumatoidarthritis as a result i am not able to walk properly and also having problem in my eye. My husband can’t see well and he operation and still the same problem. We are taking both indian and tibetan medicine. Our source of income is come by selling the milk and by doing little farming. I am able to earn very little money which is not enough for our medicine fee. So we are very grateful if any can help us in such a situation.”

“My name is Tsering Wangyal, 85 year old and my wife name is Dawa Yangzom, she is 82 years old. We are living in the Tibetan settlement Dholanji which is located at the distance of 65 km from Shimla (India).We came to India by leaving our mother land tibet in the year 1960. I am suffering from T.B and its my second time. Due to my high age I am not able to see the things very well and also having problem in doing even a small work. My wife is suffering from Rheumatoid arthritis as a result she is not able to walk properly and also having problem in her eye.We are taking both indian and tibetan medicine. Our sourse of income is come by selling the milk from my two cow and by doing little farming. We are able to earn very lettle money which is not enough for our medicine fee and also we dont have any Son to help us. So I am very greatful to you if anyone can help us.
