Yogi Acharya Lama Gursam offers teachings at Emerson’s First Parish in Concord
Yogi Lama Gursam offered experienced based instruction on breathing and meditation to a small group of people on Wednesday morning April 30th at the Chapel of the First Parish in Concord, Mass.
This historic complex was an very active place with child care facilities, and a long list of programs and activities. There was nearly no mention of Ralph Waldo Emerson, the American Transcendentalist Philosopher. The focus was on active programs.
The Jhamtse Center of Jhamtse International, a Buddhist group, meets there twice a week. Lama returns this evening to offer guidance upon “Quieting the Mind”.
I look forward to his teaching, as we travel from Boston to Concord.
